The relevance of studying the factors of successful socialization and self-realization of graduates from organizations for orphans and children without guardianship is due to the importance of integrating these young people into society and the need to create conditions for their full-fledged life. Young people who grew up in environments with limited social interaction and without constant family support often face adaptation challenges, lack of social skills and insufficient psychological support. These factors can hinder their successful socialization and become an obstacle to their self-realization in both professional and personal spheres. The purpose of the study is to study the factors influencing successful socialization and self-realization of graduates from organizations for orphans. The study was based on survey methods, analysis, generalization, synthesis, and documentary expertise, which allowed us to determine the criteria for successful socialization of graduates of orphanages and factors influencing the successful socialization and self-realization of graduates of orphanages. Understanding the factors of successful socialization and self-realization of graduates of orphanages can become the basis for creating methods and support measures aimed at improving the life path of such young people, helping them to become active and successful members of society. The results obtained can be used by the heads of orphanages in the development of programs and projects aimed at preparing future graduates of organizations for orphans for independent life, thereby creating conditions for successful socialization and self-realization after graduation from organizations for orphans.
