The goal of the journal is to provide objective information on scientific achievements in the field of Pedagogics.

The authors may include research officers, teachers of higher and secondary educational institutions, postgraduates, students.

Journal “Pedagogical research” is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific journals,  which must contain the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences (List of Higher Attestation Commission (VAK) from September 23, 2022 in the following groups of specialties:

  • 5.8.1 - General Pedagogics, History of Pedagogics and Education (pedagogical sciences);
  • 5.8.7 - Methodology and Technology of Professional Education (pedagogical sciences).

Frequency of publication – 4 times a year.

Journal Pedagogical Research is an open access publication. All its contents is provided free of charge to users and their organizations. Users are permitted to read, download, distribute, copy, print, search for and reference the full texts of documents, use them for any other lawful purpose without obtaining prior permission from the publisher or the author. We support the following principle: free open access to the research results enhances the global exchange of knowledge.

Journal Pedagogical Research is included into Russian Science Citation Index. All the articles published in the journal are provided for placement in Scientific online library eLIBRARY.RU.
