PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR FORMING A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE OF YOUNG STUDENTS

The pedagogical conditions contributing to the formation of a healthy lifestyle of students are analyzed. Various components of the stated topic, including the importance of a healthy lifestyle for successful studying and social adaptation of students, as well as the need to create a favorable educational environment for the formation of healthy habits, are investigated. One of the considered conditions is the elective course «Healthy lifestyle of a modern professional» implemented at Astrakhan Tatishchev State University (ASU). Its implementation helps to increase the vital potential of students, which, in effect, helps them become successful in the chosen profession]. The results of a student survey on the importance of health for students and their attitude to various aspects of a healthy lifestyle are presented. It is concluded that the practice of implementing individual educational trajectories (IET) allows us to take into account the characteristics of each student as much as possible and create optimal conditions for their development and self-realization.
