ETHNOPEDAGOGICAL MEANS OF DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP QUALITIES IN OLDER PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

The concepts of «ethnopedagogics» and «preschool leader» are studied, the groups of leadership qualities of older preschool children are identified, the leading ethnopedagogical means, as well as the main directions for the development of leadership qualities of older preschoolers by means of ethnopedagogics are identified. The features of the use of folk pedagogics tools in the work with older preschoolers are described. The article reveals the concept of social activity of preschoolers, indicating specific goals for the development of leadership qualities in older preschoolers by means of ethnopedagogics. The specific examples of ethnopedagogical tools that can be used at classes with older preschoolers in order to develop their leadership qualities are given. The new materials on the topic under study are summarized. Ethnopedagogical tools that influence the condition for the successful development of leadership qualities in older preschool children are introduced.
