There exists a division and opposition of researches (fundamental and applied, explanatory and constructive, carrying and self-supporting, fundamental and superficial, etc.) in the scientific discussion of current fields of contests of organizations supporting scientific research, of the current topics of dissertation research, of the positions of categorization of scientific publications in the field of education sciences. First of all, this is subjective, and it demonstrates only the researcher’s (or research team’s) state of study of the subject area. Secondly, it shows the transition of the researcher’s worldview to a higher qualitative level. More often, such a conventional division of scientific knowledge allows to substantiate allocation of funds to priority («exact») and non-priority (humanitarian) research. Otherwise, there appears a dilemma: what is fundamental knowledge that does not become applied and practically useful? And what is applied knowledge which can’t be applied to anything? In this regard, the justification by research teams of their studies in the field of education sciences, aimed at obtaining explanatory, analytical, predictive knowledge becomes relevant. As for the teaching staff, their combination of the diverse knowledge of students into a single worldview system based on modern methodology also becomes relevant. The return of education to its original semantic orientation, which logically leads to the renewal of values and meanings of upbringing and education, gives such fundamentality to researches.
