The article examines the role of digital technologies in modern education and their impact on the psychoemotional development of preschool children. In the context of the implementation of federal state educational standards, the domestic subject-digital environment PiktoMir, the development of which was started by order of the Russian Academy of Sciences, is of particular importance. The text emphasizes the importance of the formation of algorithmic thinking through the introduction of the PiktoMir digital learning environment into the learning process, which promotes the development of cognitive processes, creativity, logical thinking and systemic problem solving skills in preschool children. In the context of the implementation of national educational standards, the PiktoMir digital learning environment is of particular importance, using visual graphic representations of algorithms instead of conventional textual coding, which increases the accessibility of programming education and stimulates interest in information technology among preschoolers. An important innovative component is the use of physical prototypes and robotic tools that promote the practical application of acquired knowledge, as well as the development of motor skills and interdisciplinary connections. The article emphasizes the need for a balanced approach that combines virtual educational platforms and active interaction with the real environment to develop cognitive activity, initiative, critical thinking and the ability to compare virtual algorithms and real actions, which is an important condition for the formation of a holistic, adaptive, and socially competent personality in in the modern information society.
Key words: PiktoMir; algorithmic thinking; digital technologies; virtual reality; emotional perception; digital literacy
