The article presents the results of a content analysis of scientific publications devoted to the development of financial literacy among minors, with an emphasis on vulnerable groups, such as orphans and children left without parental care. The multifaceted nature of the concept of financial literacy is revealed based on the systematization of approaches to its understanding according to three key criteria: practical skills, personal attitudes and educational results. The analysis revealed insufficient attention to the specific needs of vulnerable groups, as well as poor development of practical aspects, including debt management and financial security. The results of the study demonstrate that existing financial literacy programs often do not take into account the age and psychological characteristics of children, which reduces their effectiveness. Particular attention is paid to the role of financial literacy in the social adaptation and integration of minors, especially in the absence of family support. Based on the results of the study, practice-oriented recommendations are proposed, such as game formats, mentoring and modeling of real financial situations, aimed at increasing the effectiveness of training. The need for further research and development of adapted educational practices for vulnerable groups is emphasized.
