This article is devoted to the study of the role of social partnership of universities and enterprises in the professional education of student youth. The empirical study was carried out using a diagnostic tool – a questionnaire among students of the Ural Federal University and the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University. The aim of the study is to analyze the mechanisms and technologies of professional education of students through joint ventures of universities and enterprises, based on the experience of the Ural Federal University and the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University The study also examined the students' readiness for mentoring and leadership activities. A comparative analysis of social partnership models, the formation of competencies and perception of corporate culture of student youth of two leading universities in Russia and Tajikistan was conducted. The results of the study revealed the influence of social partnership on the formation of professional competencies and corporate culture, which made it possible to develop recommendations for optimizing the interaction between universities and enterprises.
