The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the system for fostering professional patriotism among young workers through social partnership mechanisms. The study traces the evolution of the concept from a narrow interpretation as labor education to its contemporary understanding as a multifaceted phenomenon combining elements of corporate culture, a criterion for career guidance effectiveness, and a factor of economic stability. Particular attention is given to the structural components of this phenomenon (cognitive, emotional, behavioral) and methodological approaches to its study. The critical analysis reveals key implementation challenges including fragmented existing approaches, insufficient regulatory framework, and regional specificities. The author proposes conceptual foundations for developing an integrative model that combines various levels of social partnership: educational (schools, vocational schools, universities), corporate (enterprises), and governmental (legislative mechanisms). Special emphasis is placed on analyzing the interaction between professional patriotism and corporate culture as complementary elements within the vocational education system. The practical significance of the study lies in developing recommendations for enhancing dual education programs, corporate mentorship systems, and other partnership forms, adapted to regional industrial contexts.
Key words: professional patriotism; social partnership; young worker; education system; corporate culture; mentorship
