FUNCTIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL PRESENTATION OF THE PROCESS OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITIES OF TEACHERS OF MILITARY UNIVERSITIES

The quality of professional training of cadets depends to a certain extent on the quality of the teaching activities of teachers at military universities. In turn, the activities of teachers are carried out under the influence of various internal and external factors that positively and negatively affect the quality of work; their composition and intensity vary continuously. This determines the importance of the functioning of a quality management system for teaching activities at a university, as a process of updating positive and neutralizing negative factors. The purpose of the study was to determine the functional and methodological foundations for organizing the process of quality management of professional and pedagogical activities of teachers of military universities. The theoretical search was carried out in the field of classical management ideas about management functions and methods of their implementation, as well as specific provisions regarding human resource management of organizations, including labor quality management. The results clarified and systematized the functions, target areas and methods of quality management of professional and pedagogical activities of teachers of military universities.
