RESEARCH OF LOCAL HISTORY ACTIVITY OF STUDENT YOUTH IN THE SYSTEM OF HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF LUGANSK REGION: METHODOLOGACAL ASPECT

One of the missions of the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin on July 2, 2021, is the spiritual, moral and patriotic education of citizens based on historical and modern examples. Its solution involves the active use of the means of local history activities in the process of forming a stable civil-patriotic and moral position of a wide circle of young people, including higher school students. The creation of an effective system of local history work in a modern university requires the study of the most effective forms and methods of this type of activity in a historical retrospective. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to define and classify methods for studying the process of developing historical and local history activities of students in the domestic system of higher education. As a result, the author presents four methodological levels (philosophical, general scientific, specific-scientific, technological) of studying the process of organizing the historical and local history activities of students, which have a complex interdisciplinary, socially significant character and are aimed at comprehending the history and culture of their native land. After analyzing a number of scientific and methodological approaches used in pedagogy, the author concludes that such a concept as historical local history is multifaceted, simultaneously acting as a system, a process of activity, a social and historical phenomenon, an object of socio-cultural influence of the environment, a student socialization factor, a subject of culture.
