MODEL FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY OF TEACHERS AT MILITARY HIGHER SCHOOL

A holistic system of activities to manage the quality of professional and pedagogical work of teachers at military higher school developed by the authors is presented. The model is based on taking into account the specific features of an educational environment and subjects of the educational process at military higher school. It also focuses on directed, actualizing or neutralizing impact on these factors by means and methods of pedagogical management. The model reflects the quality criteria, indicators and factors of professional and pedagogical activity of teachers at military higher school, organizational pedagogical conditions for effective quality management of their pedagogical activity, as well as the directions and stages of implementing this process. Testing the model in the educational process at military higher school demonstrates its efficiency according to the indicators of functionality, integrality, performance, adequacy, independence and other types of activity of teachers, as well as the criteria of quality of educational, research and mass culture activities of cadets.
