The results of the main author's methodology for studying didactic transformations in teaching basic choreographic elements to students involved in the “loaf twirling” direction of cheer sports are considered. In the training, a methodology for using the main basic choreographic elements for students engaged in twirling with a baton has been developed and scientifically substantiated. The purpose of the experimental study is to develop and scientifically substantiate a methodology for studying the didactic results of teaching basic choreographic elements to students engaged in baton twirling. The effectiveness of this technique was confirmed during an experimental study and can be used in the educational and training process for students involved in baton twirling.
