METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF FORMING PROFESSIONAL INTEREST IN FUTURE IT SPECIALISTS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

The relevance of studying this issue is due to the fact that modern theoretical research problems in the field of education and practical pedagogical activities equally require in-depth methodological substantiation, providing systematic and consistent pedagogical research. This serves as a scientific basis for the formation of new concepts. In the context of the specialized training of future IT specialists, career planning is a critically important aspect, as it enhances the quality and effectiveness of education. In turn, education should be aimed at preparing IT specialists who are capable of successfully adapting to new challenges in the rapidly changing information technology industry and making a significant contribution to the development of Russia's digital economy. This article, based on a theoretical analysis of strategic documents regulating the process of digitalization in the economy and education in the Russian Federation, as well as an analysis of scientific psychological and pedagogical research related to the issues of specialized training of future IT specialists, justifies the need for career planning among future IT specialists. The author proposes a definition of the concept of «Professional interest of future IT specialists» and a methodological basis that determines the overall logic of developing effective strategies for its formation among future IT specialists in the process of specialized training, adapted to the specifics of this particular subject area.
