STRUCTURE AND CONTENT OF INFORMATIONAL AND PERSONAL SECURITY OF A MODERN TEACHER

At the present stage of development of society, scientists and the public are increasingly noting the intensifying negative impact of the information environment on the development and socialization of the younger generation. The information environment occupies niches that are not filled by the leading institutions of socialization (family, school), sometimes becoming the primary institution of socialization for children and adolescents. Since the 20th century, in the works of researchers from the standpoint of various sciences, the phenomena of information security, information culture, information and psychological security have been analyzed and revealed. In this study the concept of information and personal security is taken as a basis, which means a personality trait that characterizes the ability to withstand information hazards due to the knowledge about the information threats of modern society, about ways to overcome information threats, about models of activity in situations of negative impact of the information environment; the ability to recognize information threats, manipulative techniques; skills to counter information threats, safe behavior for oneself and others, critical understanding of information impact. The article presents the results of a theoretical study that characterizes the structural components of information and personal security (cognitive, motivational, regulatory, behavioral, reflective, personal); evaluation criteria are presented for each component.
