HISTORY AND MODERNITY OF TRAINING TEACHERS – CHOREOGRAPHERS IN KAZAKHSTAN

The history and current state of training of teachers-choreographers in Kazakhstan are studied. The article proves that improving the quality of choreographic education in the country will allow preserving and developing the national dance culture at the professional level. The historical analysis of formation and development of the national choreographic education, as well as the modern complex approach in solving the problems of training teachers-choreographers is presented. The study substantiates pedagogical conditions for the development of professional skills of future teachers-choreographers. The conditions include creation of a creative educational environment, formation of personal needs in self-education and self-development of students, psychological and pedagogical support in choreographic activities on the basis of national dance culture. The study defines the main indicators of the quality of training of teachers-choreographers on the basis of the national dance culture which involve science, professional competence, competitiveness, mobility, fundamentality, inclusion of ethnic education in the content of training at the university.
