RISKS AND PROBLEMS OF SOCIALIZATION OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

The article studies the relevance and problematic field of the effectiveness of managing the process of socialization in the new social conditions of the transformation of society, which is dictated by the rapid digitalization of all spheres of life including education. The essence and characteristics of the phenomena “environment” and “educational environment” are revealed. The significance of the digital educational environment (DEE) as an integral part of the purposeful socialization (within educational institutions) and spontaneous socialization (during leisure time) of high school students, as well as the sensitivity of this age to socialization are proved. Based on the empirical material obtained, the study analyzes the aspects of successful socialization and highlights the main risks of this process not being successful in the DEE, which lead to educational problems. The paper outlines ways to overcome them.
