FORMING READING CULTURE IN FUTURE TEACHERS ON THE BASIS OF DIGITAL LEARNING TOOLS IN HIGHER EDUCATION

The article analyses the problem of forming a reading culture in future teachers on the basis of digital learning tools at a university on the example of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The review of scientific literature and scientific approaches to the studied problem is presented. Research methods include theoretical analysis of literature, observation, questionnaire, pedagogical experiment and methods of mathematical processing of the research results. The authors prove the conclusion that in the process of forming the reading culture in future teachers on the basis of digital learning tools at the university contributes to the ability to analyse the information received, competently apply this ability in educational, cognitive and research activities. The scientific novelty of the research is covering the problem of forming a reading culture on the basis digital tools for future teachers as one of the resources of developing professional competence. The materials of the article can be used by teachers to give lectures on Higher School Pedagogics and Comparative Pedagogics, as well as to organise and conduct teaching training for future teachers.
